What is a Reel conversation?

A Reel conversation is a 60-minute conversation where you talk about what you do, how you work, and what matters to you. The conversation follows you. There aren't any forms, frameworks, or questions you need to prepare for.

You walk away with a profile that captures who you are professionally, your strengths, your energy, and what you need to thrive. You also get a resume rewrite, interview prep guide, social profile copy, and a 30-minute follow-up session, all built from what you actually said.

How is this different from a resume writing service?

A resume writer starts with your resume. This starts with a conversation. The profile and documents come from listening to you talk about your work, which means they capture things that would never make it onto a resume. How you think, what drives you, what you're actually good at. The resume is a byproduct of understanding you first, not the other way around.

How is this different from career coaching?

Career coaching is usually about goals, direction, and accountability over time. This is one conversation that produces a set of documents you can use immediately.

The 30-minute follow-up session is yours to use however you need, whether that's interview prep, a debrief after a tough conversation, or talking through your search. It's with someone who already knows your story.

There's no ongoing engagement unless you want one. You come in, we talk, you leave with something real.

Are the conversations recorded?

Yes. The recording is how we build your profile accurately, from what you actually said. When you book, you'll confirm that you're okay with the recording and with AI tools being used to build your deliverables. Your recording isn't shared, sold, or used to train anything.

How long does it take to get my deliverables?

Your profile and all deliverables arrive within 48 hours of your conversation. You'll review and approve everything before it's final. Nothing gets shared without your sign-off.

What if I don't like my profile?

You'll have a chance to review everything before it's finalized, and nothing gets shared without your sign-off. Once you approve it, it's yours. Edit it, add to it, make it your own. If something missed the mark, reach out and let us know.

How much does it cost?

The Reel Conversation is $249 (standard price $399).

Early pricing is in effect for the first 50 conversations. After that, standard rates apply.

Payment is collected when you book. See the pricing page for everything that's included.

Can I use my profile for multiple job searches?

Yes. Everything you walk away with belongs to you. Use it however and as many times as you want. The profile is designed to be a foundation you build from, not a one-time document.

Can't I just do this myself with an AI tool?

Sure. If you're comfortable prompting an AI and have a clear sense of how to talk about yourself professionally, go for it. If what you get back feels generic or doesn't quite capture the right things, that's what this is for.

What happens to my data?

Your conversation is recorded so we can build your profile and deliverables from what you actually said. The recording is used to create your deliverables and to power better matching as Reel grows, we match on real conversation data, not just profile summaries, which means better results for you over time.

Your data is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. You'll sign a consent form before we talk that covers all of this clearly, including your right to request deletion at any time.

What AI tools are used?

We use AI as part of building your profile and deliverables. The way we use it is specific, built around real recruiting expertise, with careful attention to voice, format, and what actually matters in a professional profile. Your deliverables are built from your conversation, shaped by Reel's approach, and reviewed before they get to you.

Do I need to prepare anything before my conversation?

No. That's the point. Show up as you are. You don't need to review your resume, prep talking points, or think about what to say. The conversation finds what matters, you just need to be present for it.

Is this only for people actively job searching?

No. A lot of people who book a Reel conversation aren't actively applying anywhere. They're figuring out what's next, thinking about a change, or just tired of not being able to articulate what they actually bring to the table. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
