Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of hirereel.io and rachelgulley.com and any service purchased directly through the sites. A signed proposal, statement of work, research consent, or other written agreement may add to or replace the relevant parts of these terms.

Website information and inquiries

The sites describe current offers and ideas, but they are not a promise that every service is available to every person or company. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A business engagement begins only after the scope, timing, price, responsibilities, and other terms are agreed in writing.

The Reel Conversation

The Reel Conversation currently includes a 60-minute conversation, a professional profile about how you work, a resume rewrite, interview preparation, social copy, and a 30-minute follow-up. You can review the deliverables and request reasonable corrections. Nothing is made public without separate permission.

Business and research work

Reel Work Signals, AI workflow sprints, speaking, and advisory work are governed by the proposal or agreement accepted for that engagement. Research participants receive project-specific information about the purpose, recording, compensation, use of findings, privacy, and their ability to stop participating before they agree to take part.

Recordings and AI-assisted work

Consent to recording is requested separately. Reel may use transcription and AI-assisted tools to organize information, find patterns, or draft materials, with human review. The privacy notice explains more about how information is handled.

Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling

Payment for the Reel Conversation is collected when you book. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before the conversation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the conversation and no-shows are nonrefundable. One free reschedule is available; please give as much notice as possible. Payment terms for company work are set in the applicable agreement.

Ownership and permission

An individual client owns the final content created specifically for their profile and career documents. Reel retains its methods, formats, tools, templates, and general know-how. Ownership and usage rights for company research or advisory work are set in the applicable agreement. Reel may use a name, quote, image, recording, or story publicly only with the relevant permission.

No guaranteed outcome

Reel does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, cost savings, media coverage, or a particular business result. Decisions based on Reel's work remain the client's responsibility.
