Here's what Reel collects, how it's used, and how to reach out with questions.
When you book a conversation, we collect your name, email, and anything you share in the booking form. Your conversation is recorded in audio format to build your deliverables. If you sign up as a guest on Reel Conversations with Rachel, that session may also include video. You'll know before anything is recorded.
Your recording is transcribed and used to build your profile, resume rewrite, interview prep guide, and social profile copy. Your transcript is also retained as part of Reel's candidate data to support matching as the platform grows. Your information is never shared with anyone outside of Reel without your explicit approval.
Anonymized, non-identifying insights from conversations, things like themes, patterns, and aggregated findings, may appear in Reel's content and research. Your name and identifying details are never included.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or request deletion at any time. Email info@hirereel.io.
